      Interview

round 1 screening call, why you're interested in the role. round 2 call from hiring manager. Obviously everyone in sales is there for compensation. It's part of the reason why I'm transitioning from my current company. Second round with the hiring manager was obviously a Type B personality trying to overcompensate a lack of confidence. The lady wouldn't stop talking about how much money she's made when it came to me asking why she got into sales. But only one word replies to my stories during the about me. I've been in sales for 6 years and the lady was asking about my process and using acronyms I'd never heard of before. But, it sounded just like she had heard those only one time before, and thought it was cool. Again, that weird air of trying to overcompensate. Very strange behavior from the hiring manager. A lot of these interview processes just depend on the luck of the draw on who you're on the phone with. This lady was just strange, and we didn't click well at all. Just be prepared to google the acronyms this lady was making up after the interview. Things that are so far from industry standard it took a few scrolls to find the one she was using during the interview.

      Interview

My interview experience was a complete waste of time. The recruiter simply talked at me, rhyming off what felt like an autopilot script, with very little effort to actually listen to anything I was saying. After that, the process was nothing but automated email triggers from their ATS. Nobody checked in, nobody made sure I understood the next steps, and nobody seemed remotely interested in whether I was happy with the process. It felt like I was just a number and that the focus was more on hitting interview scheduling quotas than actually assessing candidates properly. To finish it off, I received an automated rejection email with zero feedback. If they genuinely want to attract strong AEs into the organisation, they should seriously revise this process.

      Interview

3 phone calls, one hour long in person interview, 1 hour long zoom call. Such a waste of time, especially having to take off of work in order to interview with them. Seems like they definitely string you along and make the interview process as long as possible.

      Interview

Professional process and helpful recruiter. They will provide you some materials to prepare. But during interview, the co-interviewer was quite rude. Giving pressure to candidate and even showed disrespectful. Main interviewer was good tho.
