Datatrac Receivables Recovery interview questions

Applied after newspaper ad, sent resume via email, brief telephone interview, then personal interview with HR and Senior Collections Manager. Received offer approximately 5 days later, started work the week after that. Seemed like a tightly run ship in a newer office building in a quiet, yet central suburban location. Comfortable settings. Interviewers were very hard to read. We discussed at length the specifics of the position and I honestly was not expecting to have an offer.
