An online interview and multiple questions that were about working at the company and how I would handle the situations. Overall, it was not that hard an interview, and I feel very confident about it.

Interview
I was a pretty easy process. There was a recruiter screening and then a 30 minute interview. I got an offer within a week. They do ask STAR questions in the 30 minute interview.

Tell me about a time you xyz... Be prepared for STAR questions.
It starts with a text screening and is followed by an assessment, mostly questions on how you work with others and deal with workplace issues rather than any technical problems. The assessment is followed by a one-way video interview. They are supposed to get back to you in 1-2 weeks after that, but I have not heard back.
