The process is fairly standard, but blown up - more stages, longer sample texts, longer response times, it dragged slowly. When you successfully complete the tests, you need to carefully study a couple of documents with their requirements, then you must add a couple of dozen PMs to your Skype. Then nothing happens. To me it was a useful experience - now I know more signs of agencies that I should avoid.

There were many tests to approve before being able to work with them. That showed a level of professionalism I cherish a lot. They were fully available and willing to respond to any doubt during the whole process.
