Daytime Healthcare Recruitment interview questions

Phone interview, was long and very repetitive. Seemed all over the place and questions had no structure. Simply did not flow and a lot of interruptions on their end during interview which was unprofessional. I’ve not experienced that before

Spoke to the operations manager who seemed really warm. Invited me for an interview and met other consultants and recruiters which went really well. They invited me again to meet with the directors that was pretty well as well (according to me). After which I was made an offer nor was I informed that I haven’t made it through ! It was just one of those things I believe.
