Dazzle (CO) interview questions

I interviewed at Dazzle 1:1 with Kelly. She first showed me around the building and told me some of the history, and then we sat down and had the interview. The interview questions were typical of marketing jobs. What I didn't expect was that she broke the news to me that the person would be expected to host 2 late evening shows a week AT LEAST. Since I live a bit away, this was a problem for me. She seemed really impressed that I could also handle their website and even told them some things I would do immediately to help their SEO and marketing game, but after my interview, they ghosted me. Never answered my emails asking about updates. I really like Dazzle and go there often, but a "no" would have been better than being ghosted by your favorite local venue.
