The interview process was very well organized, smooth and engaging. The initial step involved a comprehensive session with the Human Resources department, where they thoroughly explained the company culture, expectations, and role specifics. They then screened my experiences, skills, and motivation for the role, creating an open dialogue that allowed me to better understand the company’s needs and to clearly articulate my capabilities. The second step was an in-depth conversation with the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This stage was primarily about my strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and how I would handle hypothetical product-related scenarios. The COO provided real-life challenges the company has faced, inviting me to share my strategies for resolution. I found this approach effective, as it focused not only on my technical knowledge as a product manager but also on my ability to align my solutions with the company's strategic direction. The entire process was actually quite enjoyable, enlightening, and very good in giving a holistic view of the job.
