Applied online and received email from a recruiter about 3 weeks later asking if we could set up a phone interview. Basic questions where asked mostly asking about my past work experience and educational background. A few days later received an email requesting a face-to-face interview. At the interview I was asked to take a simple analytics test which is timed. Interview itself consisted questions about prior work experience, company familiarity, personal questions, among other not too difficult questions. Two days after interview I received the job offer which I accepted and the rest is history.
