It was direct, quick, and I actually learned a few new things myself. I got a background check, I received several questions pertaining to my old position. I was taken on a safety tour our the work site, I was explained the benefits packages for this starting position and also everyone was respectful and friendly. I was offered coffee and a safety helmet during my tour.
