The interview process was structured, conversational, and surprisingly comfortable. I first met with two attorneys who asked a mix of behavioral and experience-based questions, followed by a more open discussion about my interests and goals. Each interviewer created a welcoming environment, and the conversations felt like genuine exchanges rather than formal evaluations.

Very casual and comfortable - seemed like some of my interviewers had been pressed into service shortly before my interview and thus hadn't seen my resume. That was fine, though - we chatted about life at the firm, their work, etc.
