Interview
An application form followed by a written exercise of about 45 minutes and then an interview which was across from a partner and associate. The interview included motivational, situational and commercial questions.
1. Written task online. You need to pass this first then progress to final interview. 2. Interview Straight forward interview. Split between case study and motivational. The interview was very conversational.
In-person interview at the London office with one partner and associate. Very friendly and welcoming. Tour with a trainee at the end. Started with motivational questions, then one scenario question and then commercial case study.
