Interview
The interview process was well-structured and organized. It began with an initial screening round where basic questions were asked about my background, education, and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview that focused on job-related skills, problem-solving, and scenario-based questions to assess practical knowledge. The next stage was an HR interview that tested communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit within the organization. Finally, there was a managerial or final round where my overall suitability and approach to real-world situations were evaluated. The process was smooth, professional, and transparent, with timely updates provided after each stage.
