En la entrevista me preguntaron si trabajaría sin pago de horas extra. Les indiqué que era ilegal, y me dijeron que consultarían porque no lo tenían claro. La entrevista termino de inmediato.
In the interview they asked me if I would work without overtime pay. I told them that it was illegal, and they told me that they would consult because they were not clear about it. The interview ended immediately.

Last interview was problematic as they didn’t show first.
Long process with recruitment and subsequent departments, not much alignment between stakeholders, felt long for the sake of it, almost like they wanted to operate at pace of a startup but with the bureaucracy of a govt company.
