Deer Valley Home Health interview questions

I arrived early for the interview and it started 40 minutes late. During the entire interview the executive director tapped her nails on table. She checked her phone multiple times and completely disregarded by answers by asking the same question more than one time. She had scheduled a lunch with someone during the interview and kept looking through the blinds checking for the person. She asked, "Why do you think you deserve this job?"
