Delaware Hospice interview questions

They don’t involve any nurses with field experience in the interview process. Could tell the people interviewing were only interested in finding out if I could stay late every day, not how good of a nurse I was.

The process is long and not very informative. They are only looking for new grads or RN’s willing to take far less than standard pay. You get a bit of a run around and they are disorganized. The field staff / management and HR are not on the same page. Dysfunctional is the best word I have to describe Delaware Hospice.
