I had an interview with one of the employees and someone else joined. I was not informed that another person will be joining.
Second interview was in person with the same two people however, one person was not even present so it was on Zoom with that person while the the other interviewer was next to me.
The interview basically had the same questions.
Horrible experience. The CEO, Yosef, (who said he is "now just the visionary and founder" since the board brought in a new CEO to actually run the company) spent the entire interview telling me negative things about previous employees, including the past Operations Manager and the CTO. One of the only questions he actually asked me was "how do I find an Operations Manager who's not emotional?" (this was after he spent about 7 minutes telling me that maybe all operations people are too emotional, including negative comments about previous employees). Complete waste of time, but at least I was able to see the red flags from the first interview instead of after potentially joining the company. Good luck to everyone still there.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume, why did you leave your previous job, how do I find an operations manager that is not emotional, and are you still interested in this job after hearing everything today?
