I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea (Santa Clara, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online after finding relevant opening and positive reviews on Glassdoor. Received response from recruiter within a day or two, scheduling a phone screen. A day following that phone screen spoke with hiring manager via phone. Within a week (following a holiday weekend) was scheduled for 2 consecutive days of in-person interviews with four people each day, including the CEO on the second day. All were welcoming, positive and genuinely interested in my background. Received a verbal offer about 10 days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about role specifics and scenarios in my work experience. Be prepared to provide succinct detail/highlights of each role you've held.
I applied through other source. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea in Dec 2018
Interview
TA approached me for a potential role. Interviewed with TA, interviewed with hiring manager, interviewed with sales director which also included a presentation. Feedback was positive throughout the process and then... all communication stopped, didn’t respond to emails, didn’t respond to calls. Didn’t even get told if the job had gone to someone else, or that I didn’t get it. Nothing. They have no integrity at all. All that time and effort building slides going to interviews, totally and utterly wasted. The entire process was extremely unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea
Interview
Started with a phone interview with a recruiter.
Next up was another phone interview, this time with the hiring manager.
Finally, 2 rounds of on-site interviews. Each round included 3-4 people, about 30 minutes per person.
Spent a lot of time discussing my past experience, as it directly related to the role I applied for.
A few times, I was presented with a situation that I would experience on-the-job, and asked how I would respond.
The process lasted about a month overall.
Overall, a good interview experience. A little tougher than the average interview.

Question 1
Assume there are several industry conferences/events coming up that our company could participate in.
Due to budget constraints, you can only pick a single one.
How would you determine which event to participate in? What information would you seek? What questions would you ask?
