Must answer questions using S.T.A.R. Interviewed via teams (however stated during Covid). Provides an interview prep sheet based on S.T.A.R so you can come prepared which is extremely helpful. Must pass background check and drug test. Usually 4-6 questions for the interview. They provide a full hour.

very easy and pleasant. Just one interview with the hiring manager and a peer from a a different location. They have standard evaluating questions and they took notes. They explained to me that this is how they will make a determination on who they will hire.
