Delray Medical Center interview questions

I spoke with the recruiter first. She asked about my background and why I wanted a job. My unit interview was virtual ( I am out of town) . The interview was with the director and two nurses. They asked pretty standard behavioral and clinical questions.

The interview process was smooth and seamless. A phone interview was done and then followed by an in person peer panel interview. Although panel interviews can be nerve-wracking I was appreciative that the panel made me feel comfortable while asking the tough questions!
