I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Demandbase (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Standard process. Talked to the recruiter, manager, and 3 technical interviews. It moved quickly, about 3 weeks. Everyone was really nice and they seemed like a good group. I'm on the junior side and they all seemed like good mentors. I didn't get the job. They gave a somewhat generic rejection, I replied with questions, and to my surprise I got actionable feedback. That was very nice and not expected.
The interview process was simple with medium level dsa questions, GenAI, OOPs, SQL. We were asked to do code reviews. This was the Online test. this was followed by a technical interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Demandbase in Aug 2024
Interview
The HR gave a different process flow and interview rounds had completely different format. The 1st round was good, the interviewer was involved throughout. However, the 2nd round, the interviewer was constantly talking to his family members throughout the interview, he wasn't even interested in listening to my approach. Never encountered such interviewers. Poor experience.
