The one thing that I think is important to remind everyone is that even though we have the back up for minimum wage if your commissions fall below that amount is that is a rare instance because you have more opportunity to surpass that amount by a wide margin. The back up is rarely necessary. The questions we ask are important to get to know you as a person which is what we see you as and not just a number.
