Interview
Firstly you apply by sending your documents then they give you a long but interesting questionnaire to answer if well responded you mive to the next level which is interview with the HRs from Malta, then after HRs from Malaysia then on another level with the managerial group. in all you get to do 4 interviews which are good because they ask strictly professional questions and in a very professional way. I had to do all my interviews via Zoom on a video call.

Interview
Very good! It was a good time. Three people from the recruitment team ask questions about your last job, about your personal stills, and how you see your future. They are very friendly. The meeting lasted about 20 minutes.

Interview
I had a first interview with the team lead of the Client Support Team, with another team lead in the Asunción Office and with the person who had been contacting me via emails, who is from the Human Resources team. They asked me a couple of questions about myself and my experience in general, it was a good and short interview.
Then I had a second interview with the Paraguay Office Director, who also asked me a few other questions with regards to my application and my interests in working with Deriv, she was very nice and the interview was pleasant. Everyone made me feel very comfortable.

They asked me about many different things. There were questions about my experience in costumer support, my work experience in general. Also about my daily life and how I conduct myself in different scenarios. There were questions about my knowledge in trading and in Deriv as a company.
There were also questions about how I see myself in 5 years or what my interests are in future paths.

Interview
Directions were clear and easy to follow. The interviewers were nice as well and they asked clear questions. The general experience was great and clear. Having basic knowledge about the company and how it operates is very helpful throughout the whole recruitment process.
