Dermatology Solutions Group interview questions

Long and drawn out. First interview was very positive and the interviewer said she’d like to have me in a position they didn’t even have created yet. She told me about all of the opportunities and a new location that is in the works. I waited close to an hour after my second scheduled interview time, before I was called back. I had a great interview and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. I received a message stating they wanted to explain their hiring process. Though I had not received an offer, the message sounded like one would be coming. I called back immediately and got a voicemail. I left 2 voicemail and 2 emails. A week and a half later I received an email saying that everyone thought I was more than qualified. Followed by they hired a better fit.
