I landed the interview after a career fair and it was about a 30 minute interview, mainly focused on what I was looking for to determine if it would be a good fit for both parties
Initial interview with recruiter, followed by 3 more interviews with project manager, and other engineers on project team. Mostly asked about personal background, technical skills, and what type of work I had done prior.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter followed by interviews with various levels of employees. Pretty normal with no technical questions. Interactions were kind and informative. This was reflective of the company’s ideals.
