Long interview process! Interviewed for a specialty buyer role (in-house at Herman Miller) that would specifically help source independent artist to possibly add to Design Within Reach’s ecomm space. First interview went well but then it took them 3 weeks to reach out and schedule the follow up. I ended up making it to the final round. The company ultimately restructured the role to be based from a different office therefore the offer was rescinded unless I moved! Overall, from my first interview in June to my rescinded offer in October, I wasted almost 3 1/2 months of my time!
