I Was contacted for an in-person interview on Monday, a little over a week after applying. I went to the showroom to interview on Wednesday, where I spoke to two of the managers. I thought it went really well but I was rejected on Thursday with an automated message from Workday so no idea what was wrong with me.

Interview
Interview process was very straight-forward, make sure you have at least an idea of the brands carried at DWR. This is a luxury brand so make sure you come to interview looking your best. For this role you want to highlight your ability to be highly organized and communication skills, as you will be working behind the scenes helping to support the entire team.

The general manager was so welcoming and helpful. Our conversation was informative and relaxed. She was completely transparent and upfront about the role and responsibilities. I will absolutely consider working with her and her team.
