Design Works Engineering interview questions

Most of the questions were technical. They were looking for experienced candidates. They didn't care much about what potential a candidate could bring and add to their team. It didn't matter how good your background and skills are.Just years of expereince is what they are looking for in this position.

Had 2 interviews - one video call, second in person at their office. During the second interview, they made me wait one hour at their office after I had confirmed the time and location beforehand. Then got ghosted.
