The second step is an HR interview with the actual employer, Riskine. This interview focuses on common HR questions like why you want to change jobs, your previous experiences, and how important work-life balance is for you. Overall, the process is straightforward and doesn’t include any technical tests or complicated steps at this stage. After the second screening, I was rejected with the usual standard email.
