The interview process with Devstry starts with a video call. During this call, they check your English communication skills by asking you to speak in English. The second step is an HR interview with the actual employer, Riskine. This interview focuses on common HR questions like why you want to change jobs, your previous experiences, and how important work-life balance is for you. Overall, the process is straightforward and doesn’t include any technical tests or complicated steps at this stage. After the second screening, I was rejected with the usual standard email.
