DiagnosisONE interview questions

I received an email as a result of my online application. I then spoke with the hiring manager, and we set up an in-person interview for that day. Normally, they conduct a phone screen first. I had two 1:1 interviews that each took about an hour. The atmosphere seems casual and friendly, and my interview experience was very pleasant. It's a small company, and so things are still a bit disorganized. It also seemed to me that they were not really ready to hire for the role, but they wanted to begin the process of interviewing anyway. I followed up twice after my interview and was told that they still weren't ready; I haven't been in touch or heard from them since.
