Found the interviewer to be extremely cold and unprofessional. When I asked her about her experience at the company, her response was "yeah I must like it if I have been here 4 years"
Also, she didn't have a good handle about some of my questions and her responses were quite unprofessional.
I would recommend that management look at this situation and try to learn and grow from it as Dialogtech really needs to focus on the candidate's experience.

No insightful questions where I felt she was trying to learn more about me. Didn't even feel like she was paying attention.

Interview
The process was very quick - less than two weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter who was very friendly. She explained more about the job role and the company, in general. I was offered an on-site interview for the following day. 30 minutes with the hiring manager and 30 minutes with the CFO. Everyone was very pleasant and the office is calm and inviting.
