Diamond Braces interview questions

My interview for the Patient Coordinator position was done over Zoom. They record your whole Zoom interview. I think that is highly unprofessional. They should have informed me before my interview that it was going to be done. I believe that this is their way of screening out certain candidates based on other factors than their qualifications. They wait to tell you when the interview is about to start that they are going to do that. I have never experienced this on an interview before and it was uncomfortable.
