For experience, 1st round and 2nd round technical. Till bit difficult.
3rd HR and 4th Director round - in this round it depends upon director may be technical may not be.

Interview
I got the phone call from the recruiter. She helps me schedule the phone interview with the hiring manager and software development managers. There are two round phone interviews with software development manager.
And then, I attend face to face interview with R & D department. No technical engineer interview. Some concept questions related to software development model, Agile development, Scrum. Software configuration management tools and questions.
