Digby Wells Environmental interview questions

After a HR call, I attended an interview in person with 4 panelists. They were nice and questions related to experience, although it seemed like they weren't sure about the scope and expectations of the role they were hiring. I only heard back from them after weeks of chasing an outcome... Months later it looks like they haven't hired anybody yet.

There were two interviews and a task to complete and a psychological/character test. One interview was with HR and the line manager, the other one with country directors. The task was knowledge and skills based (social impact assessment). Everyone was professional and polite.
