I was interviewed on a Friday and it went extremely well. They wanted me to start that Monday. Thats how it should be instead of 2 -3 interviews and we will call you in 2-3 days or weeks.

Formal sit-down interview. You get the chance to talk to multiple managers. They genuinely ask you for your input on every process. They really get to know you as a person and find ways to improve your abilities so that you can have a better function within the company.
