I was approached by them to do an interview after sending my CV. It was a quick +- 20 min chat with the operations director. I then moved to the next round to interview with the CEO. Both times they didn't switch their cameras on, so I have no idea what they even look like. I was then given the voluntary task to share my content vision for the brand with them. I put in plenty of effort and submitted it. Four days later I was given an offer of £9600 per annum to work 9-6pm every day, completing the following tasks: •Confidently plan & produce engaging & innovative content across multiple social media channels • Scheduling all content across relevant channels using Hootsuite • Engaging with users on behalf of the brands (commenting) • Comment as the brand on other social media posts & engage with the audience • Ensure social/content campaigns are delivered on time and within budget • Audit and analyse social media presence • Run social media campaigns with tracking to achieve conversions • Content ideation • Developing content calendars • Writing blog posts (where required) I was giving till 3pm that day to respond. I wrote back asking for a slightly higher salary and less hours, given the extensiveness of the tasks at hand and my experience. Since then, I haven't heard back from them. I'm assuming they went with another candidate who would accept the low salary, and didn't bother to let me know.
