Process took about a week. Sent in my resume and they replied wanting to do an interview. Interview was done using GotoMeeting program for screen casting and camera while using a phone to communicate verbally. Also included 5-6 technical questions. Had to write sample code on their computer done through GotoMeeting. Not hard and was just a couple lines for each.
