Digital Frontier interview questions

The interview process started out positively enough, with HR calling and politely scheduling tests and interviews. But as soon as they decide you aren't the candidate, they ghost you. I went through two interviews and then they did not even have the decency to contact me to let me know I would not be progressing. I even followed up with HR rep a week later and nothing. Also, the CCO is very scattered and chaotic with interviews - they had to reschedule with me twice to fit her calendar and even then she wasn't aware we had an interview. I had to kindly give her an hour to prep. Totally unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone based off these encounters in the hiring stage.

My hiring manager had a pretty standard talk with me. He asked what I was interested in and asked me to show him and explain my previous work. I felt like he was mainly looking to get a sense of my passion and authenticity more than anything else.
