The tech interviewer is quite a big name, and isn't afraid to grill you to find out your experience. 4 - Financial call. At this point, you've been selected as a final candidate and will discuss salary, benefits, team placement, and you can get answers to any final questions. If this is all aligned with the company, you'll be extended an offer shortly after.
