Digital Salon interview questions

Following a phone interview was asked to prepare a presentation outlining a pricing structure similar to flip dish pricing structure. Followed a first round interview. Interviewers just listened to presentation asked no question about me or my skills or experience. It's as though they just wanted the ideas I had. Followed up twice after interview and was told I'd hear in 2 weeks. That was a month ago. I since seen the job advertised again. Really poor recruitment management and very disappointing as a lot of work went into the presentation. And no interest shown in my experience or skills.
