I was put forward by a recruiter. Interview was awkward. Interviewer seemed completely disinterested, and at times I was the one asking questions to keep some momentum. I felt like they had already made their mind up before the interview, which felt disrespectful considering the amount of effort I had made to researching the company and prepping for what I thought would be a two way conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Direct Ferries (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
They will call for a 5 minute interview and if all goes well you should be invited for the next process within 7 days. Once you are invited in its pretty hard for you not to get the job

Question 1
If you have an angry customer how would you go about it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Ferries (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Initial telephone interview with Head of Customer Service followed by assessment day (afternoon). This consisted of a group exercise to identify how we would prioritise certain issues relating to soft skills shortfalls and data protection errors. Followed by an individual exercise which was to outline actions you would take to communicate an operational change. Finally an interview. The afternoon went well although I never received any follow up.
