Direct Media USA interview questions

Strictly a 3 phone interviews. Was not looking for a new position when they reached out to me. I had very little experience in that field. They promised thorough training, The position was available in one month so I left position. I had little preparation for my position nor was I interviewed by my eventual direct report.
