I had noted about 3 years of auto tech experience on my resume so the hiring manager asked if I could work weekends I said yes. He asked if I did any drugs I said no. He asked if I would take a pee test I said yes. He asked if I could start the next day I said yes.

I was asked on my mechanical and team building experiences. Generally they wanted to get to know me a bit and understand my student class schedule. I found it easy, approachable, and the benefits they offered were reasonable
