I have applied two times and been Ghosted two times by the HR First time I have applied online and cleared all the rounds I waited for 2 weeks but at the end the HR said no requirement as of now will be in priority as soon as any requirement arises Which was a complete Fake promise Later again they had opening I had contacted with the HR and checked my eligibility and everything was fine I gave 2 rounds and selected but the same thing happened again ghosted me again When you don't want any candidates either reject them and say or allow them what's the point of ghosting. I would suggest not to apply any more very lame organisation. I have proofs for ghosting me. It's not a single it's multiple times.
