I had a quick phone call with HR to set up an in person interview with the lab manager. Did a tour of the lab, quick fairly informal interview and heard back in about a week

The initial contact was over the phone, followed by an on site visit to the laboratory. Overall, the entire process was easy and professional allowing me to really get a feel for the environment I’d be working in if hired
