Interview
Telephone chat from the recruitment agency and then meet the company recruiter in a hotel nearby.
The interview was pushed back to 7pm and it was rushed, I felt as though she didn't want to miss her train.
The second the meeting was over (20 minutes in total), I felt like I had dodged a bullet if the first impressions are anything to go by.
As a manager, I have interviewed and developed hundreds of people and never have I just talked about myself the whole time. Disappointing.

Question 1
Recruiter wanted to keep the conversation firmly on Dishoom and didn't ask me anything about my management style, how I have managed to achieve success with various companies or anything relevant.
I prepared all day long and was given just 20 minutes of her time.
It became clear after a few minutes that she hadn't read my CV as she was unaware of anywhere I had worked.
Very disappointing and unprofessional.
