Had 1 interview, pretty easy and straightforward, they just asked what I did prior to my job and since I already had past experience as a ride operator at Universal Studios Hollywood, I got hired.
They ask you basic costumer service questions but they expect you to be a peppy, upbeat person. If you’re not, then fake it till you make it. The person interviewing me also got very personal with me about her love for Disneyland and I just went along with it even though I feel like she overshared.
