Interview was phone based. They asked about 6 questions. First question was tell us about yourself and what brought you to the college program. Second question was about how I would handle an irate guest and they gave me a situation where a ride went down and what I would do if that guest had been waiting for an extended period and what I would do to remedy it. Third question: what role do you see yourself being the best fit for and why. Fourth question: involved a situational question regarding enhancing the guest experience for guests visiting from out of town.

You will receive an email upon acceptance and they will tell you your Role.
