Submitted via one of the many recruiting agencies that they are working through. First there is a phone screen and then a face to face interview. You'll typically speak/meet with three individuals who take turns asking questions. All very polite and easy to speak with. Several technical questions revolving around stored procedures, CTEs, and moving data from MSP to their new system. The company took over for Greentree financial and is going through the transition from one system to another.
The downside is that several incarnations of this job have come up frequently in the past eight to ten months possibly due to a higher than normal turnover. There seems to be some question as to whether or not the positions are true contract or contract to hire roles. They are using multiple recruiting agencies for these roles and the rates vary wildly. I would wait and compare what the agencies are offering before being submitted. Also don't expect to receive feedback if you weren't chosen.
Again, the people I met with were friendly and would most likely be pleasant to work with. It just seems like they're throwing bodies at the project.
