They accepted my application and I cleared all the rounds. I studied all the documents which they have send and cleared the rounds. During my final round they were not satisfied with my previous work as a software developer..people are looking for industrial change due to various reasons if you didn't want to accept that you can reject their application in the starting itself no need to bring them till the last round ..inside politics is too much in ditto .. east ng the job seekers time in the name of interview process
