I recently applied for the System Engineer role at Diyar United Company and went through a lengthy process involving two technical rounds and a face-to-face interview. Despite assurances from HR that updates would be provided, communication was poor, and follow-ups were ignored. I even declined two other job offers based on promises of an update, only to be left without clear feedback. Such a lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when candidates are making critical career decisions. I urge the company to reevaluate its recruitment process, improve communication, and ensure interviews align with the roles advertised. Candidates deserve respect and clarity for the time and effort they invest.
